Privacy policy

Draft for the private beta. This text will be reviewed by a lawyer before ZetForm opens to everyone.

We collect as little as we can, use it only to run ZetForm, and never sell it.

1. Who we are

ZetForm runs zetform.uz, the cabinet and the public forms on link.zetform.uz. Contact us about privacy at support@zetform.uz.

2. Account data

To give you an account we keep your name, email address, interface language, optionally your phone number, a hash of your password (never the password), your passkeys, and your signed-in sessions with their device and IP address so you can review and end them.

3. Responses to forms

Organisations decide what their forms ask. We store responses and uploaded files on their behalf; they are the controller of that data and we are the processor. Uploaded files are scanned for viruses, and files never attached to a response are deleted within a day.

4. Analytics

Public forms count visits anonymously: a random ID for the browser tab, the kind of device and where the visit came from. We use no cookies for this and store no IP addresses or answers.

5. Cookies

Only the cookies the service needs: your sign-in session and your language. No advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Where data is kept

Personal data of users in Uzbekistan is stored on servers located in Uzbekistan, as Uzbek law requires. Data is encrypted in transit, and each organisation’s data is kept apart in the database.

7. Who else sees it

Our email provider delivers messages, and Telegram delivers alerts to team members who connect it. We never sell or rent personal data, and share it with authorities only when the law requires it.

8. Your rights

You can see, correct, export or delete your account data. People who filled in a form should contact the organisation that published it; we will help organisations answer such requests. Write to support@zetform.uz.
