Draft for the private beta. This text will be reviewed by a lawyer before ZetForm opens to everyone.
These terms apply to everyone who uses ZetForm: organisations that create forms, their team members, and people who fill in forms.
1. The service
ZetForm lets organisations create forms, publish them on their own address and collect responses. During the private beta the service is provided free of charge and may change as we improve it.
2. Your account
Keep your password safe and use two-step verification or a passkey. You are responsible for what happens in your account and in organisations you manage.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use ZetForm for phishing (asking for passwords, card details or other secrets under false pretences), spam, fraud, or illegal or harmful content. We may close a form, suspend an organisation or block an account that breaks these rules, and we review every report sent through “Report this form”.
4. Your content and respondents’ data
Your forms and their responses belong to you. You decide what you collect and must have a lawful reason to collect it, including consent where the law requires it. ZetForm processes responses only to provide the service to you.
5. Availability
We work hard to keep ZetForm available and your data safe, with backups and monitoring. During the beta the service is provided “as is”, without guarantees of uninterrupted operation.
6. Ending
You can stop using ZetForm and export your data at any time. We will give at least 30 days’ notice before ending the beta or introducing paid plans.
